I purchased a house where the previous owner installed Universal Flooring Versastrip natural white oak engineered flooring. I took out a cabinet leaving an open area on the floor (120 inches by 20 inches). Unfortunately I only have one box (10 square feet) for replacement and it appears that this product is no longer made. To make the situation a little more difficult, the planks which bordered the cabinet were cut removing the bevelled edges so I can not properly install the addional pieces I have. Any help on repair or sourcing an appropriate replacement product would be very much appreciated.

Good luck finding that. Most times it's nearly impossible to find discontinued product. You could fill in as much as possible with what you have and then fill in the last area (of design) with a feature strip or some stone. Be creative.

What is a featured strip? Is there a comparable engineered product to use that can in some way be blended in?

Like a pre-made border or something along those lines
