 Post subject: engineered flooring

The standard for installing any solid wood floor over 4" wide is to secure it two ways (staples and glue or staples and face nails)
Do you still need to secure a engineered floor that is 4 1/2" wide two ways or is it ok just to staple because it is engineered and is less likely to cup or move alot.
