I currently have engineered flooring which is damaged, I had a couple contractors come out and one finally informed me that the wood is too thin to refinish correctly. I ordered new solid hardwood flooring.
Can i install the new hardwood flooring ontop of the engineered flooring or should i remove the engineered flooring which is glued to the subfloor.
Also if I need to remove the engineered flooring, what's the best tool to remove the engineered flooring.
