Hello,
We like the American Beech color / grain. We prefer engineered wood for stability. Neither Lauzon or Mirage seem to sell engineered Beech -- any reason for that ? Are there any good manufacturers that make Engineered Beech ?

Thanks for any help / Max

not every place makes everything. We have found a nice place thar does make it, and it is CA called Elegance. I don't think that they will sell to a home onwer. But there are a lot of places out there.

Mercier has a 3¼ wide x ½" thick, random length Beech.

Beech is a beautifu lwood . It's light in shade, and will telegraph dark lines, if the seams are not kept extra tight. You may consider using Strap Clamps for your installation.

Good Luck,

Howard
