Installed Trillium snap lock eng hardwood floors in my living room and hallway. The living room isn't to bad for squeaks but the hallway is nothing but squeaks. Used a premium underlayment from Home Depot. When first installed squeaks were very few but after 3 months its terrible.
Question I have is what can I do to solve this. Would nailing down or glueing make it more tight?

My thought is the flooring may have expanded and is tight against some vertical obstruction, like a door jamb. If a floater is installed too tight against obstructions that prevent it from being able to expand, it will not "relax" and lay flat, which can cause noise/squeaks. I would check for that first. If after verifying you have adequate expansion and there is no rubbing, it would be time to get Home Depot out there. Did they install it or did you?

If theres the littlest deviation in the subfloor flatness that stuff will squeak. And I mean within industry flatness specs.
