I would say you probably could flat trowel out the MVP, maybe. The other two, forget it. I've been at this 25 yrs and leveling slabs is no picnic. Direct glue downs have the highest failure rate because they are difficult to do. Don't even think about it. You could do the demo and prep (scrap slab clean and sweep), let them apply the leveler compound and do the basic install. Then, if your feeling up to it, install your own baseboards and trims. As a floor installer, I hate doing baseboards. There's no money in it and it's tedious work. I'm glad when the general contractor or homeowner want to do the base and trim. Now I'm real good at baseboards, I just don't like running base, that's all. If you want a floor you can install yourself, get a Kahr's floating floor. It doesn't get much easier than that.
