 Post subject: dura seal stain for commercial restaurant

hi i need some help i'll be using the iol base stain for commercial restaurant i'd like to know all the steps that i'll need to do to do this right !

Some people told me that i need to buff the stain after 5-10 minutes with steel wool and then add 1-2 coat of neutral please help me thanks ; )
