As questioned earlier-I have glue on the subfloor from glue down carpet that when I try to sand it with 24 grit paper and a standard walk behind drum sander, it immediately balls the glue up on the sanding belts.
One suggestion was to use sand for the glue to connect to. Won't the sander just immediately pick up the sand? I have 500 sq. feet of area. I cannot imagine that it is OK to lay wood over this. Maybe if I check the glue closely for high spots? Doug
