I am placing 3/4 inch maple hardwood prefinished flooring down and began to take a closer look at the counter area where the dishwasher is under. It looks like I will not have enough room to run the hardwood under the dishwasher for a complete look. What is the best thing to do here, as it is probably important to allow for the dishwasher to be removed for future repairs.

Should I place a reducer right infront of the dishwasher?
Do you think this will give me enoough room to pull the dishwasher out later if needed?

Any other tips or suggestions greatly appreciated!

Did you try raising one leg to see if a board will go underneath, and what type counter top do you have now?
