Does anyone know where I can view a stability chart of different woods? Or have any suggestions for a prefinished wood to put down over radiant heat about 900 sf.

If you are planning on installing a solid product over radiant heat, I would suggest quarter-sawn white oak in no more than a 2 1/4 inch width. Even this may react adversely to the dry heat of the radiant system, so plan on having proper humidification system in place during the heating season.
Best results will be had using an engineered wood, glued or floated over the system. The solid product will need a subfloor to nail to.
American Cherry is very stable, as is Walnut, but these are softer than most other hardwoods, so require their own considerations when being used.
Beech and Maple would be your worst choices.

Only a engineered product should be used and STEPS should be taken prior to installing.
