I just had a new installation of br111 amendoim floated over existing tile, joints glued together. Unfortunately the installer did not protect the floor adequately when pulling out the refrigerator, and left two rows of dents across the planks (affecting about 12 planks). Now he says he will pull out only the affected planks to repair. Is there a special technique to do this, and can your average installer do this repair well? Or should we leave well enough alone and live with the dents? Should I ask the company to send a repair specialist instead of the installer?

That's going to be tricky since it is glued joints. I think I would be calling them if you have doubts.
