go engineered if you want Cumaru. Id check out Cikel or triangalo.

I checked out both those companies websites and neither have engineered Cumaru or brazilian teak that I could find.

strange, they used to be, I have the samples. anyway the exotic market has a real hard time over the past few years and supply has become difficult. Cumaru had a reputation for being difficult6 to manufacture and had many site related issues that may have caused them to drop it. I know many others have done this years ago.

Odd they would still carry the solid. Is it possible there are less problems with solid?

Site condition is everything. If you let the r/h get too high or too low, the floor will move respectively.

I've been talking to shannon over there. Very helpful and no one has been concerned about instalation in Utah, a fairly arid climate.
