I'm getting ready to install 6mil plastic in my crawlspace.

Previous posts have stated that you run it up the foundation wall a few inches and weight it down to keep it in place.

Is it acceptable to staple the plastic to the sill (board that sits directly on top of foundation)? I thought that might be easier than dragging objects around to hold the plastic in place.

Also, I need to put plastic down throughout the entire crawlspace regardless of the type of flooring that will be above it, right?
