Recently had Kahrs engineered oak installed, floor is full of cracks and lifting grain....installer and two people from Kahrs have looked at the problem and we are being told that it will take more time for them to make a decision on what they will do......has anyone else been stalled when they have a problem? Really don't want it replaced and have to go through this again....any suggestions as to what a reasonable response on their part might be? Am not really happy with their response so far...I am out $7600 so far for a 600 ft. install.....
