I just had someone to my house to give me an estimate for hardwood (360sq ft) He told me that the cost would work out to be about the same. Either prefinished or unfinished. prefinished higher material cost vs unfinished lower cost for materials higher labor cost. Does this seem correct or is one usally more expensive. ?

Sounds about right IMO...but could depend on materials, and prep.

Thanks for your response. I think I might go with the prefinished. I just have to find the right product. Any suggestions?
