What is the going rate for refinishing oak floors? They are in pretty rough shape. About 400 sq. ft.

Since the cost of refinishing is different across this country, post your question on this site to hopefully hook-up with a finisher Ohio. http://www.floormasters.com/wwwboard/wwwboard.html Most floorguys will give estimates over the phone. Why not call a couple from your area?
