Hi - I have a concrete sub floor in my kitchen on which I want to have installed Acousticork 1/4" and engineered hardwood. Two installers have told me different things - one that you have to wait a day for the cork glue to dry and the other that they can install both on the same day (using a Bostik adhesive). Any advice on which is best? It's a very small area - only 60 square feet. Also - can I use the same glue for the cork as for the wood and if so what's it called?

Sounds like one installer wants to get it all done in one day because it's such a small area. I've always learned to wait until the next day to install the flooring giving the cork a chance to grab and allow the adhesive to set.
