Our 9 yr. old Tarket longstrip flooring (American Classic Ash wheat- 9/16 x 7 1/2 x
was irreparably damaged recently due to hot water heater (these were floated on concrete slab w/ foam pad & moisture barrier). This product has not been made for some time by Tarkett and we have been looking for a comparable value product (i.e. top layer hardwood of 3/16)- we prefer the 5" wide planks instead of the 7 1/2. We have been told that Kahrs, Mirage and Anderson made comparable value products. Is this correct? Are there any other brands of comparable value (i.e. Mullican, Summitt-Private Reserve)? Thank you very much.
