Next month I will have a Mirage engineered floor installed in my home. One concern is the micro-bevel, and the dirt and/or debris that may collect in the groove. What is the best method of cleaning?

Will a standard vacuum's bristles harm the finish of the floor? I have a microfiber dust mop and cleaning solution already, but I think that will push the dirt into the groove, not clean it out.

Thanks!

- Jeff

You'll need to vacuum first. A canister style is prefered over an upright . You want to avoid the rotating beater bars.

Thanks Gary. I knew there had to be an alternative. Of course I never thought about the canister style...
