I mistakenly used an Orange Glo product on my engineered hardwood (urethane finished) that cleaned and shined. After applying, everytime I move furniture it scratches the new surface. I have been told by Orange Glo that the only way to remove the polish is with ammonia and water...I will not do that...it sounds too harsh. I just want to get the new finish off but maintain the original finish of the floor. Any ideas as to how I can safely remove the product without affecting the original finish?

Another victim of Orange Glow!!

Your going to have to get harsh to strip that cr*p off the finish surface, or learn to live with what you have.

Ya try the ammonia mixed with water, use a weak solution and try an obscure area first.
