Additional class action lawsuits have been filed against Lumber Liquidators, which has stores all across the country and is headquartered in Toano, Va. The firm Glancy, Binkow & Goldberg LLP filed a class action suit against the company on behalf of investors, yesterday, right on the heels of a separate lawsuit filed by Lumber Liquidators investor Gregg Kiken.

As reported by CNN Finance, Yahoo Finance and Hardwood Floors Magazine, complaints allege that Lumber Liquidators and certain of its executives have misrepresented or failed to disclose that certain of the company's products have failed to obey applicable laws and regulations governing formaldehyde emissions from wood products. Additional complaints allege that the company imported products that are in direct violation of the Lacey Act as they are sourced from illegally logged wood from the Russian Far East.

Id love to see them get somewhere with this. Those guys have almost ruined our industry with there cheap overseas goods. If you havent seen the video of where these guys go undercover its nuts! This is so sad that they do this. I agree w/ Kevin that they really have done a lot of damage to our industry.

Goes to show how uneducated consumers are, they can't figure out that it is cheap for a reason, or they just don't want to know as long as they think they are getting a deal.
