I haven't even finished my first install yet, but I'm thinking about my second. I'm considering a cheap (real cheap - $1/SF kinda cheap)laminate for my workshop in the basement. I want something nicer than the raw concrete, but I don't want to spend the money on an epoxy floor. I want something smooth for rolling around toolboxes and creepers and such. For the most part it would see no moisture and would have typical workshop wear like tool boxes and such rolling around. I may put it in the car bay, but I haven't decided.

My gut feeling is that while it won't be "nice" it will still be better than raw concrete. I doubt that the workbenches, rollaways, and cars would damage it, but I'd like to know ahead of time if I'm wrong. I do know that a high heel has way more psi than a car or a toolbox though. Thoughts?

I wouldnt reccomend parking a car on it but I think it would be just fine for the utilitarian type use you plan for it. As for the wheels, metal ones will cut it up but the urathane wheels should be ok.
