 Post subject: changing rooms

Hi there.
a question from a newbie.... is it recommended to run transistion strips at the edge of each room, ie half-bath into hallway? or can you just move from the hallway into the room? tried to search info, but was unsuccessful... thanks for your help.

I'm assuming that you would run the strips if fastening and not if floating then? i will most likely be fastening the flooring. Thanks.

Just the opposite. The strips are required with floating to allow expansion of each area, with fasten down you can flow from one room to another, without transition moldings.
