Has anyone used the Cental Pneumatic hardwood stapler? I am looking for a budget stapler for a DIY job and don't want to spend a whole lot of money.
This is the cheapest I could find & I am looking for opinions on its performance & reliability.

I use that stapler and find that it is a great DIY stapler. I do have some suggestions:

1. Don't use the supplied staples.... mine would get stuck.

2. Buy Bostich staples at Lowes/HD (they will work great)

3. I found that the stapler performs better when you only put one cartridge at a time in the stapler.

4. Make sure you get some pneumatic oil and put a few drops in every hour or so of use.

5. put some masking tape on the plate so the floor doesn't get scratched. Do this with all staplers not just the HF stapler.

Good Choice for a DIY stapler. Especially if you want to do other projects in the future. Others may recommend buying a bostich and then selling on e-bay. That didn't work for me, as I want to keep my stapler for friends and family projects.
