I am removing the carpet in our hall way to refinish the hardwood flooring underneath. Where do I cut the carpet in respect to the four bedroom entrances along the hallway

Cut the carpet flush with the hall wall. This will give the carpet guys adequate carpet to tuck the carpet to the hardwood or roll it over if it needs to be.

Ya, cut it long and fold it back or roll it way under, out of the way, till you refinish, and then I can assist you to get the carpet back down, after the refinish, depending if you want an exposed metal, or hidden crimp.
