I can't seem to find any Bostitch 1 1/2" staples in stock. Has anyone had experience using non-bostitch staples? It calls for 15.5 gauge, 1/2 crown staples.

If so, what brand/size, etc.?

Thanks!

Heck yes!

I like the Interchange brand. Some generics are junk, though. The Bostich staple really is the best.

Got mine at this place: http://www.tools4flooring.com/hardwood-staples.asp. Also got a nice Crain Jamb Saw from them which was on special a month or two ago. Cuts through Jambs like butter and trims those door bottoms with ease. They shipped fast and offered a first time order discount as I recall.

Why would you go generic? Am also using Bostitch 1-1/2" staples on my project and they work great with the MIIIFS stapler (as one would expect).
