Far be it from me to question my husband's good judgement when it comes to technical things, but I fear this may be a classic case of wishful thinking. The original plan was to chip up all the porcelain tile and glue the engineered hardwood to the concrete below using Bosticks Best. However, after my husbands initial attempt to remove tile and mortar/thin set, he decided it made no sense at all to remove tiles, that he could just lay the floor right over them. Does this sound like a wise decision or lazy, I mean crazy??

You can certainly do it if you would like.
