Hello

I have only a 3 gallon 100psi hotdog air compressor from harbor freight that puts out .6 cfm. I have tried a couple test staples and seems to be working fine. Is that a bad Idea to use this for around 800 sqft. I am using 2" 15 gauge staples.

I set the regular at around 80psi and seems to drive the staple in pretty good.

What are your thoughts? I only need to do this once.

Thanks

80 psi is the recommended pressure for the stapler. A half horse motor will work well for the job. The tank will store enough pressure so that you can be productive.
If you find that stapling a whole row at once starts to not set the staples securely you can fasten one plank at a time, instead.
