I Am Planning To Install 3/4 Hardwood Planks . For Face Nailing Options, Do I Have To Drill Pilot Holes And Nail 8d Or Can I Use A finish Nailer Instead? This Wood Be For The First And The Last Row.

They Are Long Planks And 5 1/2" Wide Factory Finished Hardwood. Do You Have Suggestions On Staggering Or Do They Have To Be?

Thanks In Advance

Finish nailer is what most professionals use. You will be hard pressed to find someone getting paid, to be hand nailing.

Stagger is mandatory. end joints should be no closer then 6 to 8 inches.
