I have applied 2 coats of oil based satin poly (zinnser). There are a few applicator marks here and there. Is there a way to buff these out, or sand and spot touch up, or will I need to recoat the entire floor?

just blue-tape off the individule boards abrade a little with a gold strip or screen, vacumme, tack and coat in said boards with a small brush and pull the tape.
