I just used a high gloss waterbased poly (pro brand) just to give my floors a fresh look and to make my home (that's for sale) more appealing to buyers and it isn't nearly as shiny as the oil based poly that I've used in the past on a different property, so I was wandering can I just let the floor dry and go over it with a high gloss oil based poly to achieve that ultimate shine ?

Thanks
Travis :?

It is done all the time.

In the coatings world, the rule is acrylic over oil, but never oil over acrylic.
