Is moisture testing sufficient, doesnt it vary? I want manufactured wood floors. i had a flood (which doesnt happen often if at all )a couple years back.. it caused what appears to be a percolating problem ona few walls .. i havent had much if any problem since..i am going to have them dig outside in problem areas and put moisture barriers to prevent future issues ...what is my best possible way to go to prevent moisture (barriers and such) using manufactured wood on a cement slab . How scared should i be? everyone tells me the moisture test arent a guarantee
