Part of what I've been trying to put together the last two and three years. Finally got off my duff in February of this year.

Hardwoodinstaller.com is now http://www.uptownfloors.com

Content remains basically untouched, but updated.

Congrats on making the big move. The site looks great. I came across it a week or two ago.

Folks, it's time to consider retirement. After my wonderful four week sabbatical last month I realized I want to travel more. The problem is I have a successful business website selling my high quality 3/4 inch engineered flooring. My son isn't interested, so that leaves the door open.

I would like to stay on for a few years with any prospective buyer teaching that individual how Uptown works; what not to do and so forth. I would also be the webmaster as I have always been or until the sale is complete.

It's a great opportunity for someone who is well versed in all aspects of hardwood flooring. Buying customers love my transparency and especially no BS sales tactics.

Uptown sells approximately 160,000 square feet each year. Average the last four years. It may not sound high until you see the gross profit margins.
