We have been having some bubbling with our Street Shoe nxt finish, we've be using the basic coatings for 23 years. We are using rollers and the applicator( not t-bar). The problem seems random, we have had it over stain and sealer, over sealer and over street shoe as a recoat. It has been with each applicator and even brushing. It has happened with each crew on different occasions. We have 3 crews. has anyone else had issues or any ideas. It seems to be only in the last order of finish our supplier ordered in, the rep says installer error.

Thanks

With regular poly bubbles are more likely with a thick coat. Are you spreading at the recommended coverage?

We are getting between 600 and 650 feet per gallon. We have added the 12 ounces per gallon of water, we gave done ot without water. It seems it doesn't matter what wr do the bubbles appear, I will see if I can get some photo's iploaded.
