Hello group, I just installed my bruce hardwood. I didn't notice it during installation but one of the boards is factory cut thinner than the others on one end, probably about 8" , it is sunk probably 1/16 to 1/8 further than the surrounding boards. Is there a thin poly I could put on just the one board to bring it up to level that would match? Thank you for any input..

That's the type of thing you like to catch during installation. The only remedy I know, is to replace the board.

I agree. The best bet is to replace the board. I would cut the board down the middle a couple time with a circular saw to get it out. Then just rip off the bottom of the groove on the replacement board to get it back in there.
