Anyone have any horor stories or success stories with this wood? I am going to put down 1100 square feet of it.

I installed 500SQ Feet of 3/4 BR-111 Braz Teak. Nice wood and milling. Looks great. Very hard wood though. I did have some split tongues.

Did you use staple or cleats?

I stapled it using a harbor freight stapler (Central Pnumatic) and Bostic staples.
