My husband and I have just bought this beautiful Brazilian Teak hardwood (delivery tomorrow), but being the novices that we are, we didn't realize the differences in hardness and how to install. I'm really hoping that there is some other way to install 540sf without pre-drilling and hand nailing every 6-8 inches.

Our question is now that we are obligated  to this flooring, what is the best method of installing it?

It is prefinished Brazilian Teak, 4"x3/4 and is rated at 3540 on the Janka scale...compared to Red Oak at 1260.
