Quick question. When the installers installed my BR111 casanova engineered floor the wood had a slight bow to each piece. They cartons were opened right in front of me and the straps that keep the wood flat in the box were still intact as we were opening. Is it normal to have an ever so slight bow or should they have come out of the box perfectly flat?
