Has anyone use the MIIIFS foot kit for installing prefinished harwood floors? How well does it work and is it worth the money? Is there a better one on the market?

I dont like using it, (the black one that comes withthe gun) or the powernailer shoe. I usually just tape the gun withduct tape. Works good. Ive used the grey shoe (powernails) version? works good for people who dont staple floors everyday lol. Still I tape it off, and dont expect to get a staple 4-6 inches from the walls. Black one has the same issues
