I am looking to finish about 100 sq ft of heart pine. Is Ttraffic the most durable finish available? What makes this product so difficult to apply? It is for pro use only but what does this really mean. Would something like Waterlox first and then Traffic or similar enhance durabilty? I would be looking to bring out the patina of the wood with a slight amber color. Thanks for any help!
