Our floors we just laid summer before last are looking pretty haggard at the back door. Between the dogs going in and out and continued construction in the house. We are finally done though and I'm ready to clean house!

I was going to try the Bona Refresher on the living room - where most of the wear is located.

What exactly does it do? We aren't to the point where the floors need refinishing. They just look dull and I admit are a bit beat up. I'm not looking for miracles but I get the impression from what I've read on this product that it's the best next step.

Opinions? And yes, I've bought a mat for the back door and I've taken over the dog nail trimming!

Refresher is essentially a low-grade waterborn urethane. It is easy to apply.

I highly recommend it.
