 Post subject: Bleaching Brazilian cherry?

If one regrets how dark their brazilian cherry floor is, is there a way do make a light floor? i read online about bleaching... but it seems controvertial.. any opinions would be great.

Bleaching would be a last resort. Have you tried a water-based poly-urethane?
There are some water-based poly-urethane that have aluminum oxide particles in the finish that mask the color and get a little cloudier with each coat, like Arboritec Avenue finish. It may work enough to be acceptable.
