What would you recommend for best glue and best moisture barrier for engineered 3/8 over concrete floor inside a home in Houston?

I like the Mapei products, when a moisture barrier is needed under a gluedown.

WFM, with the 990 adhesive. Better on the budget then Bostik's MVP and there BEST or BST adhesive, and I think it is better.


I'm a big fan of Taylor adhesives, when a moisture barrier is not needed.
