We are looking for a nice third flooring material to put in a back hallway, bathroom, and laundry room. It'll be next to carpet and wood, but didn't want either of those. What looks good?

Tile would be nice or Cork if you careful with it in that bath room. Is that a full bath?

Natural stone tile like granite, travertine, or limestone would all add value to the home. Tile whether porcelain or ceramic are decent materials but I do not feel add the value or a natural stone.
