I’m currently building a 1800sq foot home, and considering using Bella Cera engineered flooring on the main level (kitchen, living room..ect). I like the look and price is fine. However I’m really considered on how this will hold up long term though, It’s just my wife and me for now, plannning on having kids though. No pets as we are both allergic. I would greatly appreciate some input. Thanks!

Pre-finished with an aluminum oxide containing finish is always a good floor.
With modern finish it is not as important to get a thick veneer for the top layer since it can be re-coated as the finish starts to wear. You will get some dents over time depending on how hard the surface and core of the engineered flooring is.
Make sure that the sub-floor is flat with at least a six foot straight-edge. Read and follow the installation instructions if you value the warrantee.
