8 more man hours, plastic down, new 3/4 CDX screwed in place.

Walls are getting plaster, so baseboard needs to go in first, prior to floor (which will go in last!!!). Base is 3 1/2" and Ima thinking of setting a 1x2 at 3 3/4 above rough floor to act as a plaster stop. After plaster dries I can set the floor, then doctor base into 3 3/8+/-, leaving a little room on top for caulk. I think this is the best solution for a snug fit, floor to base.
