Need certified bamboo floor inspector in Dallas, Texas. New Bamboo floors started cupping/bowing not six months after installation. Installers have not responded to my call.

Purchased Bamboo product from Floor & Decor (Carops, Inc manfactured the product). Registered warranty with Custom Surface (web site under construction). My foundation doesn't link water anywhere so I don't know if it's he bamboo, the installers or what.

How do I find someone certified that I can trust to inspect the floor to determine the failure?

click on inspector search, then the state.
Cupping after 6 months? Is the cupping localized or overall?
Sounds like concrete vapor emissions if it is overall. Were you without power after the installation?
Was the home acclimated with power on two weeks prior to the installation? Was the material brought to the home a few days prior to installation and placed in the home?

Dallas is in my coverage area. There are travel fees involved.
