It would be interesting to know exactly how accurate the restoration was period wise. Was the new flooring the same thickness? Was it hand nailed? How was it finished? Was the new flooring cut by hand? You see, many can do period type interpretations. Few rarely do using techniques and materials of the original era. But thanks for showing us the restoration.
