Anybody seeing a call for this kind of material? It's basically pulled from old homes and reused without hardly any work done to it sanding and finishing wise.

reclaimed is tough as no two floors are alike so it makes it tough to sell and sample. Ive seen samples from varying sources and what some call reclaimed antique flooring others would call garbage. No standards its a proprietary product so you better trust the source.

It actually looks like garbage up close, but there is a market for it in one large north American city. Seems tree huggers can't get enough of it. How times change. Very familiar with the source.

I kinda dig it. It does have it's place like in loft like condo's and places like that. One thing about it is your most likely getting old growth wood with longer lengths depending on the age of the building.

Yea I can see the demand, it does look pretty neat and you cant screw it up.

what something like that going for (material only)? Ballpark. I get a few calls a year where people have salvaged it but I just dont have the place to store it and wait for it to sell.
