 Post subject: attaching 3/4 plywood to concrete

I've decide to nail down 5/8 oak in six ft lengths w/a cleat nailer. What is the industry consensus on attaching 3/4 ply to concrete. Ramset? Glue? Liquid nails for subfloors? other? Thanks in advance.
